In the grand cosmic web, we become more than the sum of our parts. Let’s build together.

What I bring

With more than 20 years experience in communications and operations, I’ve learned just how much who are and what we’re capable of depends on other people.

I’ve also personally discovered the value of psychotherapy — the importance of having a trained collaborator who can offer perspective and insight.

I’ve taken on the biggest technical and interpersonal challenges I could find. I enjoy tackling problems that don’t have easy solutions.

I’ve been trained in mediation and non-violent communication, allowing me to be compassionate while others are having a difficult time.

  • Converted two practices into more self-sustaining businesses and another to take insurance from scratch.
  • Built two nonprofits into robust dynamic institutions that continue to thrive today.
  • Built or rebuilt two student newspapers from the ground up.

How this started

After taking a part-time job assisting a therapist while caring for my grandparents and volunteering in public advocacy, I gradually built specialized skills in healthcare and mental health. When my role as caregiver came to a close, I realized I could use what I’d learned to help more people. Now, I’m here to support you — and others like you — in your work.
